Did I ever mention the time I was hired as a sub to teach high a few high school Spanish classes? No big deal, you say? Right. Except for the fact that I never studied Spanish in school. I took French for two years... I remember telling the students straight away that I didn't know spanish, and we all spent the majority of each class struggling through some story about Cinderella and how she made some "Panqueques". Ha! Hilarious. And needless to say, I haven't forgotten that lovely experience.
